Blast Force™ Solid Stream Cleaning Nozzles

Blast-Force™ Zero Degree Nozzles feature solid stream impact for use in high pressure vehicle cleaning applications. Ideal for use in pivoting, oscillating or spinning systems. Corrosion-resistant, tungsten carbide orifices and stainless steel nozzle bodies will outlast regular nozzles and are an ideal choice for reclaim water. Greater impact impingement allows you to use smaller nozzle sizes and lower gpm flow rates without sacrificing cleaning performance. Field trials have shown up to 50% less water used with same or better cleaning results.

Complete assemblies are made up of a stainless nozzle body housing and a tungsten carbide nozzle orifice matched to your flow requirements. Straight or 90° adapters are required to convert JIC nozzle housing to 1/4" MPT threads and must be ordered separately. Rated to 1000 PSI and 180° F.
