Receiving
Receiving automation creates full control over incoming products into your facility. With the ability to control valves, pumps, and measuring devices we can open the correct valves and start the correct pumps to ensure the product is received into the correct tank. Handle the product's full movement from the truck to the desired tank.

Chemical Handling
Reach full flexibility when it comes to handling a magnitude of products. Whether you are looking at impregnating a dry fertilizer product, fill jugs. 250-gallon shuttles, or blending a hot load to go out to the field, we have a solution Types of Blending Systems: 250 Gallon Chemical Weigh Tank, Meters, Declining Weight Scales Repack Stations.

Fertilizer Blending
Each facility has its own blending needs which is why our automation is customizable by material blending type. With our patented automatic free-fall compensation, we can achieve a higher degree of accuracy for Ingredients added to the blend. This allows you to move products out the door as quickly and accurately as possible. Types of Blending Systems: Meters (Magnetic or Mass) and Liquid Mixers.

Truck Scale & Kiosk Interface
The truck interface alleviates some of the day-to-day truck flow issues. Trucks can pull up to a check-in kiosk be routed to a load out land, and start the blending process without getting out of the truck. After the load is complete, the truck can pull over a truck scale to capture a loaded weight, sign for his load out, and get a printed ticket all while staying in the cab of the truck.
