Nylon Hose Nipples are designed to mate with any cam lever coupling or other threaded fitting, whether metal or molded plastic, which is manufactured to Specification MIL-C-27487.

Constructed of high-grade glass-reinforced nylon, these nylon hose nipples provide long-lasting durability for demanding chemical, petroleum, or fertilizer applications. Nyglass nipples are resistant to hydrocarbons, solvents, and most agricultural chemicals, but are not recommended for acid-based fertilizers. Nylon hose barb operating pressures: 1-1/2" & 2" is 150 PSI; 3" is 125 PSI; & 4" is 75 PSI. Temperature range: -30° F to 200° F.

Nylon hose barb x MPT fittings are available in sizes noted below. Always check chemical compatibility against product materials – Nyglass fittings not recommended for acid-based fertilizers.
