"Weep Mizer" Automatic Cycle Weep System. Designed to "Cycle" your weep water: On for an adjustable amount of time and then off for an adjustable amount of time.

Unit adjusts the "on weep" "off-weep" periods for a rise or fall in temperature. (i.e. Weep is on for 6 seconds and off for 54 seconds when the temperature falls below 35° F. Weep is on continuously if temperature falls below 15° F.) Unit can be easily recalibrated for other on-off time periods if climate dictates.

STANDARD FEATURES Include: Accurate to + or - 1/2 ° F. Operating range from -20 to +112 ° F. • Designed with battery backup to eliminate the need to re-program if there is a power failure • One unit will handle all bays for all necessary weep requirements • Continuous display of outside temperature on display board • Acts as a secondary thermostat for control of floor heat boiler, pump room heater, etc. • Manual override of automatic operation if other on-off weep periods are required • Maintains memory of "on-time", "weep time saved", high temperature and low temperature recorded for the day • Unit can be easily re-programmed with two push buttons • Requires only 120 Volt AC for operation • Used with a Normally Open Solenoid (not included) to control weep water supply. 50' Sensor probe and cord included.
