Pioneer hydraulic lever couplings enable you to connect or disconnect hoses even when hydraulic lines remain pressurized. The lever valve construction creates a zero-pressure coupler, allowing for quick, easy connection or disconnection of the coupler and tips. One-handed coupling possible when lever couplings are clamp mounted. Color-coded levers identify mounting position and positively lock the valves open or closed.

Open position locks open the valves in the quick connect hydraulic coupler bodies and tips, so they are unaffected by rapid variations in fluid flow. However, inadvertently turning the lever to open without the hydraulic tip in place will not result in oil flow. Valves close automatically in case of breakaway. Closed position shuts off oil flow at the remote outlet, allowing for easy, sprayless, zero-pressure connecting or disconnecting that eliminates spillage.

The lever-operated quick couplers are a perfect option for hydraulic hose setups on tractors, harvesters, implements, and mobile agricultural and industrial equipment and attachments requiring hydraulic breakaway.
