Portable Foamer (25 Gallons)

Model 925 Portable Foamer Unit. Wheeled cart with 25 gallon solution tank feeds the air-driven chemical pump. Includes: Air pressure regulator • 30' of foam hose • Foam nozzle assembly • Air pump • Tank assembly • Viton® seal.

Requires 5-10 cfm of air at 40-80 PSI. Throws foam to a distance of 25'-35'. Produces approximately 20-45 gallons of foam per minute.

DEMA Chemical Foam Units are ideal systems for chemical foam washdown and/or sanitation. For use in agriculture, food and beverage, vehicle cleaning and industrial applications. Available in permanent wall mount systems, portable hand carry or portable cart units. All foamers are designed to combine air pressure, water and chemical mixture to create the type of clinging foam that is required for most cleaning/sanitation situations.
All systems are complete and include needle valve for foam control, discharge hose, foam wands and necessary fittings. (Inlet air and water hoses are not included).
