Solenoid Valves

Solenoid Valves, Vacuum Solenoids and Manifold Blocks

Solenoid Valves are most commonly used in high pressure vehicle or fleet washing, but can be used in other applications. They can be controlled remotely. Solenoid valves, as an electric valve, are available in 12, 24, 110 and 240 volt styles.

Much like any other valve, Solenoid Valves come in either a normally closed or normally open state. For Solenoid Valves, being an electric valve, this means something a little different - when electricity is being channeled to them, and in what position. A normally closed solenoid valve has no electrical current when closed, and has a current when open. Normally open valves operate exactly opposite, with no current when open and a current when closed.
