Screw Plug Style - Industrial Grade

Commercial Grade, Screw Plug Heaters are intended for direct immersion to heat a variety of fluids to specific temperatures. The heater element is designed to be installed into a female threaded port in an existing tank or vessel. Available in different materials for a wide variety of heating applications with or without thermostats.

Units shown feature general purpose, indoor rated housings with adjustable thermostats for 30° to 250° F. control temperatures. (Outdoor NEMA 4 or Hazardous NEMA 7 housings are also available on special order). Voltage ratings are single phase, 120 volt or 120/240 volt as shown. (3 Phase available). UL and CSA rated. Steel or Incoloy sheath elements are available with 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" or 2" Male NPT threads (Stainless is also available).

Common sizes are shown, but immersed length, wattage and volts can be made in most any configuration to meet your needs. (Non-stock models are special made to order and are non-returnable).
