Hydronic Boilers For Floor Heat

Raypak Hydronic Boilers are designed to circulate warm fluid for Floor Heat, Snow Melt and De-Icing applications. The boilers shown are Natural Gas fired, but LP Gas units are available at nominal additional cost. Basic boilers come with appropriate draft hood. Packages that include boiler, pump/motor and air expansion tanks are also available. BTU ratings are for up to 2000' elevations. Reduce by 4% for every additional 1000' of elevation. For LP Gas, Add P at end of the part number.

Note: Boilers rated from 1.0 to 1.8 million BTU's are available if required.

Modulating Atmospheric Boilers from Raypak are ideal for hot water storage or for floor heat and snow melt applications. Non-ferrous (copper, bronze and porcelain) waterways will not rust and operate at temperatures as low as 105° F. without condensation. Copper finned design allows for use with less expensive, non-barrier radiant tubing vs. traditional cast iron boilers. Efficiency rating is 82%. Modulating design increases efficiencies by using more or less gas as demand changes. Thermal shock-proof heat exchangers are a standard feature. Exterior coating is a UV inhibited, powdercoat finish for years of durability.
